Terms of Service

Agalottery is an online marketplace designed to help workers, employers, and referrers connect within the cart, kiosk, cosmetics, hair, and related sales industries.

Agalottery provides technology and marketplace tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Agalottery is not a party to any employment agreement, independent-contractor agreement, accommodation agreement, immigration arrangement, compensation agreement, or other arrangement entered into between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agalottery.

You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or intentionally provide materially false information.

You must notify Agalottery if you believe your account has been compromised.

Workers may create profiles, browse opportunities, apply for jobs, receive outreach from employers, and participate in referral programs.

Workers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including experience, availability, work authorization, qualifications, and other profile information.

Agalottery does not guarantee that a worker will receive an interview, offer, employment, compensation, visa, housing, or any other benefit.

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all opportunities they publish are truthful, lawful, and reasonably accurate.

Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, immigration, tax, wage, housing, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination, licensing, and other laws.

Verification by Agalottery means only that Agalottery has completed the verification process it chooses to apply at that time.

Verification is not a guarantee, endorsement, certification of solvency, or representation that an employer or opportunity is risk-free.

Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into any employment, business, travel, housing, payment, or other arrangement.

Agalottery does not guarantee the identity, conduct, financial condition, claims, qualifications, or intentions of any user.

Agalottery may allow users to refer potential workers for opportunities associated with Referral Bounties.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

A referral generally becomes valid only after the referred worker accepts it.

Where multiple referrals exist, the first valid accepted referral may take priority according to the rules displayed by Agalottery.

Unless otherwise stated, an accepted referral establishes referral ownership across the relevant employer for six months.

A referral will not normally apply retroactively when the worker had already directly applied to the same opportunity before the referral.

Agalottery may review referral disputes and make a determination based on available records, timestamps, user activity, and other relevant evidence.

A Referral Bounty is a reward intended for an eligible third-party referrer.

A Joining Bonus is a reward intended for an eligible candidate or worker.

The amount displayed as a Referral Bounty represents the amount intended for the qualifying referrer unless otherwise clearly stated.

Agalottery may charge employers separate platform or service fees in addition to displayed rewards.

A reward is not earned merely because a referral, application, introduction, interview, or job offer occurs.

Eligibility depends on satisfaction of the conditions displayed by Agalottery, including any qualification period, confirmation requirements, funding requirements, or dispute resolution.

Certain hires may be subject to a qualification period of 30 days unless another period is displayed.

Agalottery may request confirmation from the employer and worker regarding whether the qualifying employment period was successfully completed.

If both parties confirm successful completion, the relevant reward may become earned.

If both confirm that employment ended before qualification, the reward may not qualify.

If the parties disagree, or one party does not respond, Agalottery may place the matter into review or dispute status.

Users may not intentionally use Agalottery to identify a worker, employer, candidate, referral, or opportunity and then bypass Agalottery for the primary purpose of avoiding a legitimate bounty, platform fee, referral obligation, or other amount that became applicable through use of the Service.

Agalottery may investigate suspected circumvention and may suspend accounts, preserve referral ownership, or take other reasonable enforcement action.

Certain Agalottery features may require payment.

Before a user becomes obligated to pay a fee, the applicable amount or pricing structure should be disclosed through the Service or otherwise agreed.

Payment functionality may be handled manually or through third-party payment providers.

Additional payment terms may apply when payment functionality is introduced or expanded.

You retain responsibility for information, text, images, job listings, profile information, and other content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Agalottery a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Service.

You must have the right to submit any content you provide.

You may not use Agalottery to commit fraud, impersonate another person, post knowingly false opportunities, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, scrape or harvest data without authorization, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, create fraudulent referrals, manipulate reward systems, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Agalottery may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address security risks, or prevent abuse.

Users may stop using Agalottery at any time.

Certain provisions, including those relating to disputes, payments, referrals, liability, and legal obligations, may survive termination where appropriate.

Agalottery does not guarantee jobs, candidates, sales performance, earnings, compensation, employee retention, visa approval, housing, business results, or successful referrals.

Marketplace activity inherently involves interactions and agreements between independent users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agalottery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or damages resulting from agreements, conduct, representations, payments, employment relationships, travel, housing, or interactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Agalottery relies on third-party technology and service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Use of Agalottery is also subject to the Agalottery Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

Agalottery may modify the Service as the platform develops.

These Terms may also be updated from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
