Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Agalottery during this pilot, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
What Agalottery is
Agalottery is a marketplace connecting Workers seeking cart/kiosk retail roles with Employers hiring for those roles, and a referral program that lets Workers refer candidates for a bounty. Agalottery is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship formed between a Worker and an Employer.
Accounts and roles
You choose a role (Worker or Employer) at signup. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile or business listing. Employer accounts start Pending and gain full marketplace access only after Admin verification.
Applications, referrals, and hires
Applying to an opportunity, referring a candidate, or hiring a Worker through the platform does not create any contract between you and Agalottery beyond these terms. Referral bounties and joining bonuses, where offered by an Employer, are tracked through a defined lifecycle (e.g. accepted, secured, unlocked, qualified) and are subject to that lifecycle’s rules, including any qualification period shown in the product.
No guarantee of employment or outcomes
We don’t guarantee that any Worker will be hired, that any Employer will find suitable candidates, that any referral will be accepted, or that any bounty or bonus will be earned or paid. Employment terms, if any, are between the Worker and the Employer.
Acceptable use
Don’t use contact information obtained through the platform for purposes outside a legitimate hiring or referral interaction (e.g. unrelated marketing or spam). Don’t create fake accounts, fake job postings, or fake referrals to manipulate rewards. Don’t attempt to bypass the platform’s verification, referral ownership, or payment-eligibility rules.
Pilot-stage software
This is an early pilot. Features, rules, and data may change as we learn from real usage, and the service may have bugs or downtime. We’ll do our best to communicate meaningful changes to pilot participants.
Termination
You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or misuses the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agalottery is provided “as is” during this pilot, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between Workers and Employers.
