What Agalottery is
Agalottery is a marketplace connecting Workers looking for cart/kiosk retail opportunities with Employers hiring for those roles, including a referral program that rewards Workers for successfully referring candidates.
Information we collect
We collect the account and profile information you provide directly: your email address, name, phone number, location, work experience, and (for Employers) business details. We also record the actions you take on the platform — applications, referrals, contact requests, invites, and hires — so the marketplace can function.
Phone numbers and contact information
Your phone number is only shared with an Employer or Worker when the platform’s rules allow it (for example, after you apply to an opportunity, or after a referral is unlocked). You control whether your phone number is visible to Employers browsing the talent pool via your profile’s visibility setting.
Referrals and candidate identity
When you refer a candidate, the Employer does not see who you referred until the candidate accepts and the referral reaches the appropriate stage in its lifecycle. We keep a record of referral activity to determine bounty eligibility and to resolve disputes.
Rewards, bounties, and payouts
Where the platform displays a Joining Bonus or Referral Bounty amount, that information is used to track reward eligibility and status. Actual payment is coordinated outside the platform during this pilot; the platform records the reward’s state (earned, due, paid, cancelled) but does not itself process payments.
Who can see what
Workers and Employers only see the information the platform’s rules are designed to show them — for example, an Employer must be verified before seeing full Worker contact details, and a Worker’s private profile is not visible to other Workers. Admins can access account and marketplace data to operate, moderate, and troubleshoot the platform.
Data retention
We keep account and marketplace activity data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to resolve disputes, honor referral/reward obligations, or comply with legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time during this pilot by contacting us.
No guarantee of employment or outcomes
Agalottery is a marketplace, not an employer or staffing agency. We do not guarantee that any Worker will be hired, that any Employer will find candidates, or that any referral will result in a bounty payout.
Your responsibility
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (profile details, business information, job postings) and for how you use contact information shared with you through the platform. Misuse of another user’s contact information outside the intended purpose of the platform is not permitted.
