When you use Agalottery, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information such as your email address and authentication information.
• Worker profile information such as your name, age, country, optional city, phone or WhatsApp number, photo if you choose to provide one, work experience, products you have sold, languages, preferred countries, availability, and opportunity preferences.
• Employer information such as business details, contact information, job opportunities, hiring requirements, compensation information, housing information, and verification information.
• Activity information such as job applications, employer outreach, referrals, referral acceptance, hiring activity, reward status, disputes, and interactions with opportunities.
• Privacy preferences, including whether you choose to display your real name or phone number to employers.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, login activity, security logs, and information necessary to operate and protect the Service.

Workers control certain elements of their profile visibility.

If you choose to hide your name from employers, employers may see you as an anonymous worker until a stage of the hiring or referral process where identity disclosure is appropriate.

If you choose not to display your phone number, it will not be shown to employers through the normal talent browsing experience.

Agalottery administrators may access the information associated with an account, including a worker's real name and contact information, when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, support, or enforce the Service.

We use personal information to operate Agalottery, create and manage accounts, display relevant worker and job profiles, enable applications and employer outreach, operate referral and reward programs, facilitate hiring workflows, verify employers, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, provide customer support, improve the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service-related information.

Where applicable, our legal bases for processing may include performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required.

Information may be shared with other Agalottery users when necessary for the functionality you choose to use.

For example, worker profile information may be shown to verified employers subject to the worker's privacy settings. Information related to applications may be provided to the relevant employer. Referral information may be provided to the relevant worker, referrer, or employer as necessary to operate the referral process.

We may also use third-party service providers that process information on our behalf, including providers of hosting, databases, authentication, infrastructure, and email delivery.

These providers currently include services such as Supabase, Netlify, and Resend.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Agalottery serves users internationally.

Your information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live, including through infrastructure and service providers located in the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.

When a user refers another person through Agalottery, information relating to that referral may be recorded in order to determine referral ownership, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, administer rewards, and resolve disputes.

A referred person must accept the referral before it becomes valid under the applicable Agalottery referral rules.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and operate your account.

After an account is closed, certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, enforcement of agreements, referral or hiring disputes, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no online platform, database, or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent, subject to applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Users in the European Economic Area may also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Agalottery may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session management, and operation of the Service.

If we later introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated accordingly.

Agalottery is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly provide the Service to children under 18.
